The facility is fully fenced with barbed wire tops. We have monitored 24 hour security systems for your peace of mind.

What hours can I access the storage ?
Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
Saturday 8am to 12pm
Sundays & Public Holidays – By appointment only

Where do I pay my storage fees ?
All administration is done on site at 5 Newcastle Drive, Toormina. (See contact details)

What options do I have to pay ?
All storage fees are payable in advance. If you pre-pay 3, 6 or 12 months in advance we give you a discount or you can pay monthly.

How do I pay for storage fees ?
You can telephone to charge a credit card, send a cheque, arrange a direct debit with your bank or through internet banking or come to the office to pay over the counter. Contact the office for further details.
